Dear Exhibitor:
The Atikokan Lions Club and Atikokan Chamber of Commerce is going to host their first ever ‘Let’s Go Outdoors Show’ at the Little Falls Recreation Centre in Atikokan, Ontario. It will be held on Friday April 25 and Saturday April 26, 2008
Show times are Friday April 25, 2008 - 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday April 26, 2006 - 10:00am to 4:00pm
The Let’s Go Outdoors Show’s goal is to provide outdoor enthusiasts with an opportunity to see exhibits featuring camping, canoeing, kayaking, scuba diving, hiking, mountain biking, outdoor spas, outdoor getaways plus adventure sports and travel products and accessories.
This is your opportunity to participate in this exciting two-day event to inform consumers about the latest trends and equipment in outdoor adventure.
Enclosed you will find the contract containing the price list and floor plan. Booths will be booked on a first come first serve basis. Please make cheque payable to the ‘Let’s Go Outdoors Show’.
On the Friday night, after the show, there will be complimentary drink tickets for each exhibitor and a ticket for breakfast on Saturday morning.
